Services
About
As a virtual assistant I support companies in their daily activities. This way you can better focus on your
core activities, while the administrative and other tasks are organized efficiently. I offer my services
for both large and small assignments and for a longer or shorter period of time. I’ll adapt to whatever your needs are.
My broad working experience allows me to offer you a variety of skills. From pure administrative
support to social media activities and generic translations in Dutch and English. I also love organizing and
planning, no matter if it’s a small business meeting or a big event. I learn quickly, flexibility is my
middle name and delivering top quality service and loyalty are two values that I live by.
I provide generic admin support, whatever you need done I can help you with. These are just
a couple of examples of the services that I can provide: e-mail management, put together price offers
and presentations, invoicing, re-organize your server/dropbox,... Is your task not in this list? Just give
me a call and we can talk about it.
Property Management
Do you have a number of properties but no time to follow up on them? I’m your woman. I can look
for tenants, draft contracts, get them signed and registered, follow-up and chase payments.
Recruitment Assistance
Are you a recruiter or responsible for HR in your company and are you overwhelmed by the amount
of resumes you’ve received? I can help you with reviewing them, pre-screening possible candidates,
set-up meetings for you to interview the chosen few and check their references.
Social Media
I can create and manage your Facebook page, LinkedIn page, Google page or Instagram account. Set-
up a content calendar, write eye catching posts with your content, execute the calendar and monitor
engagement. If you’re in need of paid advertising, I can create and schedule your ads with your
content and monitor the results.
Event Planning
Whether it’s a business meeting, a small or big event there are always a number of details you need
to keep an eye on and often you’re too busy with other things to keep the complete overview. I can
organize this for you from start to finish.
Blogs & Translations
I can take care of all your translation needs, big and small, from English to Dutch or the other way
around. Be it business communication, blog or web content, as long as it’s generic and not technical I
will handle this for you.
Do you have a website or blog in Wordpress then I can also help you out with making minor changes
or creating the blogs from scratch, including the planning and coordination of your blogs.
